Our services are designed to meet the highest industry standards, utilizing eco-friendly solutions and advanced cleaning technologies.
2.1 Service Requests:
Clients may request services through our website, phone, or authorized representatives. All bookings are subject to confirmation.
2.2 Scheduling:
We strive to accommodate your preferred schedule. Once confirmed, you will receive a detailed service itinerary.
2.3 Access Requirements:
Clients must ensure our team has safe and unobstructed access to the premises during the scheduled service times.
3.1 Pricing:
All service fees are provided upfront. Any additional services requested may incur extra charges, which will be communicated and agreed upon before execution.
3.2 Payment Methods:
We accept ACH transfers, and approved corporate billing arrangements.
3.3 Payment Schedule:
Payments are due upon receipt of the invoice unless alternative arrangements have been made.
3.4 Late Payments:
Overdue payments may result in service suspension and a late fee of 10% per month on outstanding balances.
4.1 No Refund Policy:
Cancellations made within 24 hours of the scheduled service time are non-refundable due to resource allocation. By booking, you acknowledge and accept this policy.
4.2 Rescheduling:
Services can be rescheduled without penalty if notice is given at least 24 hours in advance.
4.3 Free Reclean Guarantee:
If you're unsatisfied with our service, notify us within 24 hours, and we'll provide a complimentary reclean of the affected areas.
4.4 Chargebacks and Disputes:
Initiating a chargeback without first attempting to resolve the issue with us is prohibited. Unauthorized chargebacks may result in legal action and additional fees.
5.1 Access and Safety:
Ensure that our team has safe access to the property, including disarming alarms and securing pets.
5.2 Environment Preparation:
Secure fragile items and inform us of any special care instructions for equipment or areas within the premises.
5.3 Compliance:
Adhere to all applicable laws and regulations regarding workplace safety and environmental standards.
6.1 Background-Checked Staff:
All employees undergo rigorous background checks and professional training.
6.2 24/7 Monitoring and Support:
Our operations are monitored around the clock to ensure service excellence and immediate response to any issues.
6.3 Monthly Cleaning Reports:
Recurring clients receive detailed reports outlining services performed and recommendations for maintenance.

Any incidents must be reported within 24 hours of service completion to be considered for remediation.

10.1 Ownership:
All intellectual property, including trademarks and service marks, remain the exclusive property of Empire Pro.

Clients may not reproduce or use any of our proprietary materials without prior written consent.
11.1 Employee Solicitation:
Clients agree not to solicit, hire, or contract our employees for services outside this agreement during and for a period of one year after termination of services.
12.1 Changes to Terms:
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Significant changes will be communicated via email or updated on our website.
12.2 Acceptance of Changes:
Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of any amended Terms.
13.1 Governing Law:
These Terms are governed by the laws of your state that we are operating cleaning services in, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

If any provision of these Terms is found unenforceable, the remaining provisions will remain in full effect.
